Athletic Development
Adjusting through the phases of high school athletics to collegiate, and professional levels can be very demanding and strenuous to the athlete if development stages are not fully addressed. As a top student athlete herself, Sade uses tactics and knowledge used to transition her from a high school athlete to a prosperous college athlete. Sade will focus on addressing the following issues student athletes face: maintaining grades, balancing school and athletic obligations, peer pressure and interacting in different environments.
Personal Development
Sade is able to coach individuals one-on-one. Individualized sessions will focus on the main objectives of the individuals which may include: discovering your purpose, understanding an action plan, putting action behind your purpose overcoming obstacles, building great relationships, career perspectives, time management and redirecting negative thoughts.

Sade is dedicated to helping your students through the different phases of education and career development. She specializes in providing mindfulness training that will help students and professionals achieve their aspirations.
